Personal Interest

How someone likes to take part in EO. Tick more than one if that is the truth.

Personal Interest says how someone likes to take part in EO.

That is a different question from Primary Interest, which is about what they came for. This one is about how they want to spend their time. You can tick more than one.

What are the values?

  • Forum Fan. Forum is the point for them. Small peer groups and confidential conversation.
  • Learner. Here to learn. Speakers, courses and content.
  • Leader. Wants to take on a chapter role, a board seat or committee work.
  • Networker. Here for the people. Introductions, deal flow, the wider EO community.

When do you set it?

At the same time as Primary Interest, during the intake or onboarding conversation.

How does this differ from Primary Interest?

Use them together. Someone whose Primary Interest is Membership and whose Personal Interests are Forum Fan and Learner should get Forum introduction material and speaker invitations. They should not get the networking drinks blast.
